What information should I input when ordering?
Our online ordering system will ask for all the important information you should submit and our operators will contact you if any further information needed.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are dependent on the shipment requirements. If the products on your order are due to special requirements (for example non stackable) extra fee will be added to the shipment charges. The delivery charges will be shared with you immediately upon your request.

How can I send a request?
You may submit your request through the "Request" button on our website, also by sending a direct email to the email address provided on our webpage, or by calling the listed phone numbers. Additionally, you are welcome to visit us at the office address specified on the website.
Shipping time?
Shipping time will be confirmed on the order confirmation document. If any change is made to shipping time, our operators will immediately inform you.
